Exclusive Shape “REFUND & CANCELLATION” POLICY
Exclusive Shape Refund & Cancellation Policy is referred to sometimes as the Exclusive Shape Return Policy.
Exclusive Shape requests that you provide notice to Exclusive Shape within 24 hours of delivery of any missing items, damaged from transit, or as soon you discover a potential defect. Exclusive Shape requires detailed external inspection of delivered product to check for any signs of potential damage of packaging, making pictures of all sides of the package. In case of noticing any signs of damage, appropriate notes on BOL (Bill of Lading) must be written down before signing up confirmation of delivery. In all cases Exclusive Shape requires to write a note on BOL (Bill of Lending) “Damaged. To be confirmed upon inspection.”. It is essential for any claims to insurance company. Copy of BOL with all notes and signed by driver and customer or his authorized representative must be sent immediately by email to Exclusive Shape.
Exclusive Shape offers a three (3) days cancellation guarantee, from "time of delivery", for all purchases equal to the full equipment purchase price (without shipping costs and insurance) minus 20% restocking fee. – provided that the product is returned in its original manufacturer’s box (or original packaging) is complete with all set components, and is found to be in acceptable, resalable, and undamaged condition. In other words, the product must be in the same condition as originally received. Any missing items or signs of damage will void this cancellation policy.

Return Process: All returns must be made as follows:
i. Obtain our authorization number and all labels and BOL by email from info@exclusiveshape.com
ii. Print and attach return labels and BOL to the package
iii. Release timely package do the driver designated by Exclusive Shape and get signed by driver
iv. Send the copy of signed by driver BOL to Exclusive Shape by email
All returns must be shipped to Exclusive Shape using the label provided by Exclusive Shape only. Exclusive Shape does not accept customer-initiated returns, shipping collect packages, or any deliveries without Exclusive Shape-provided labels. If returned product is not received at the Exclusive Shape location in Sarasota or Chicago, it is the responsibility of the return party to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied until the shipment is received by Exclusive Shape, inspected by Exclusive Shape, and confirmed the return is within Exclusive Shape return policy
guidelines.
